ECPI University's mission is to offer a student-focused learning environment that enhances students' professional and personal lives through education. The Physician Assistant Program aims to provide a challenging and innovative academic setting for diverse students to become exceptional physician assistants. Key goals include equipping graduates to deliver outstanding healthcare, promoting health equity, fostering personal and professional growth, and encouraging leadership in their communities. The program's effectiveness will be assessed and published after the inaugural class graduates in 2028.

ECPI University's Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) for 2023, named ENGAGE, focuses on promoting student success through personal growth to improve graduation rates.
