Wabash College Strategic Plan

This strategic initiative, funded by a 'restoring hope restoring trust Grant,' outlines Wabash College's comprehensive approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The plan focuses on five key goals: enhancing the recruitment, retention, and graduation rates of first-generation and underserved students; expanding the curriculum to emphasize social justice, global citizenship, and diversity; fostering community engagement through shared resources, internships, and dialogue; supporting research on men in higher education and the Black experience in Indiana; and increasing cultural and artistic programming for the campus and local community.
