The plan seeks to prepare servant leaders by nurturing spiritual growth, academic knowledge, and unique talents.

The document appears to be transcripts or metadata from a chapel service, which includes musical segments ("your kingdom is humble," "hallelujah be your name," "King of Heaven") and a closing prayer. The prayer expressed gratitude for the time to focus on the divine without daily stresses and requested spiritual presence and reconciliation. The proceedings included announcements regarding ongoing class officer voting and an upcoming Vision 360 fundraiser event for Manhattan Chris College, which involves donors and alumni visiting the campus. Other logistical announcements covered setup for a 'hack' event and details for a live auction to benefit missions trips. The main content featured a reading from Matthew 5 (The Beatitudes) and subsequent worship music and prayer focused on receiving the Holy Spirit and teaching humility and compassion in the kingdom of God. A sermon followed, discussing the question of suffering and disability, specifically refuting the notion that suffering is always punishment for sin, as exemplified by the story of the man born blind in John 9, emphasizing that such circumstances can display the works of God and that the image of God exists in all individuals, regardless of physical condition.

The session included several announcements, such as Dollar Days for upperclassmen sponsored by the student council, an upcoming Bible study hosted by Strider Madus, and a karaoke night scheduled for the following Thursday. Petitions for student council executive team positions were also announced to be available the next Thursday. The speaker mentioned a Super Bowl party event planned for the 11th, featuring commercial Bingo and mini-games, with gift cards as prizes instead of a car. Following the announcements, Matt Cooper from Northland Christian Church in Topeka presented details about a paid summer internship program for student and kids ministry environments, highlighting significant growth within the church's ministries, including a 30% year-over-year increase in the main service, over 300% growth in the student ministry, and averaging over 120 students in kids ministry environments. The presentation emphasized the importance of gaining practical ministry experience through the internship. Following the presentation, a worship segment took place, concluding with a sermon on Jesus's resurrection and purpose, followed by time for peer sharing and a concluding prayer.
