The Board discussed and acted upon a variety of operational and financial items. Key topics included the approval of contracts such as the Upward Trend Literacy Agreement, the Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel Engagement Agreement, and charter service agreements. The Board also addressed personnel matters including a Building Supervisor position, authorized a gas main extension, reviewed and approved a High School Change Order, and set the daycare starting rate. Additionally, they passed a resolution fixing the date of sale and approving an official statement.
