Nassau Community College Finance And Capital Committee Board Of Trustees Minutes
The Finance and Capital Committee meeting reviewed and approved several procurement agreements: one with Technical Temperature Services, Inc. for $300,000; another with Huron Consulting Group for $199,000 to review college practices and provide recommendations to better serve students; and an amendment with ZE Creative for an additional $198,000 for the Trades Program. The Comptroller's report showed 91% collection of receivables. An update on the college audit was provided, indicating it was progressing well and nearing completion. The committee also discussed the status of reserves, which were reported to be well above the recommended level.
