Long Beach Township Land Use Board Resolution Of Memorialization
The Land Use Board reviewed an application for Bulk Variance Relief regarding a proposed home addition, which included a first-story deck enclosure and a second-story porch. Key topics included requested variances for front yard setback, side yard setback, and maximum lot coverage. The applicant presented evidence regarding the modest nature of the addition, the hardship caused by the property's lot size and shape, and the lack of negative impact on the neighborhood or zoning plan. The Board ultimately approved the application, conditioning the approval on compliance with technical requirements and the Board Engineer's review letter.
