The South Bay Union School District's English Learner Master Plan outlines how the district supports English Learner students to ensure they receive an equitable education. The plan is organized around four guiding principles: Assets-Oriented and Needs-Responsive Schools, Intellectual Quality of Instruction and Meaningful Access, System Conditions that Support Effectiveness, and Alignment and Articulation Within and Across Systems.
