Key strategic categories include Mode Shift Enablement, Transit Reliability and Access, Traffic Operations and System Efficiency, Safety Improvements Supporting Low-Carbon Travel, and System Performance and Resilience. The intended outcome is a prioritized listing of projects that will guide MPO programming decisions through the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), ensuring accountability and delivering measurable benefits.
