This Community Economic Recovery Strategy outlines a five-year roadmap for the City of Milford, addressing economic vulnerabilities and opportunities in its commercial and industrial districts. The plan prioritizes solving problems related to physical conditions, market demand, and the city's image. Key strategic interventions include updating zoning regulations, fostering public-private partnerships and incentives, leveraging the Milford brand, and promoting design, density, and redevelopment. The strategy aims to cultivate an economic ecosystem that attracts investment, creates wealth, and ensures continuous improvement and vibrancy across the community.

The meeting was convened by the Acting Chair as the Chairman was absent. The Acting Chair determined that a quorum was not present, as only five (5) Board members were in attendance instead of the required six (6). Consequently, the meeting was canceled and adjourned without conducting any business, a roll call, or the Pledge of Allegiance. It was noted that the matter concerning 25 Eighth Avenue has been postponed until March 17, 2026.

Under old business, the Streetlight Ordinance draft language concerning uplighting and darksky lighting elements was discussed; the language was noted as not fitting well with the current zoning code structure, and the Chair committed to reformatting and presenting it at the subsequent meeting.
