The committee approved the acquisition of property located at 515 Sparkman Drive and a facility lease agreement for that location with Parallax Advanced Research. Furthermore, the committee approved amendments to Board Rule 301 regarding post-tenure review policies and Board Rule 502 concerning the mandatory review of new academic programs. A new Board Rule, 513, was also adopted to codify the advisory capacity of faculty senates within the university system.
