The Board of Commissioners approved three resolutions during the meeting. Resolution 26-016 approved a letter of intent between Urban Unlimited Development Partners, LLC and Ellis Manor Development, LLC for the redevelopment of a former nursing home at 210 George Street, Hartford, CT, which aims to improve the Authority's long-term financial stability and development capacity. Resolution 26-017 authorized the submission of a Community Investment Fund grant application to support the redevelopment project at 210 George Street.
