The plan's objective is to maintain or improve asset performance across 15 asset groups, aiming to reduce the overall percentage of assets in 'Poor' performance to less than 10% by 2036. It includes long-term spending forecasts and financing options to achieve these desired performance expectations.

This document provides an Asset Treatment Forecast detailing scheduled maintenance, rehabilitation, and reconstruction activities across various asset classes, including Roads, Bridges, Facilities, Parks, Vehicles, Machinery, Equipment, Culverts, Sidewalks and Trails, and Street and Traffic Lights. The forecast spans from 2026 to 2051, outlining planned interventions and associated costs for each asset.
