Career readiness initiatives include the creation of Career Exploration Communities (CECs) to provide targeted career support and integrate career development into the curriculum. Community wellness focuses on physical, social, intellectual, spiritual, and emotional well-being, encompassing mental health initiatives, new athletic facilities, improved dining options, and support for diverse spiritual and religious needs.
