Discussions and actions included a change to the City Council Rules of Procedure regarding questioning, the appointment of a new Deputy Municipal Judge, and the adoption of a three-mile plan for the city. Significant development projects and financial matters were addressed, including the annexation and zoning of the Taft Ridge First Addition and the appointment of a Board of Directors for the Lakeview Metropolitan District.
