The Board of Commissioners conducted a regular meeting to address several administrative and operational items. The meeting included the recognition of numerous retiring employees. Key actions taken included the authorization of a five-year Memorandum of Agreement with the Los Angeles Police Department for the Community Safety Partnership Program, the approval for the issuance of Mortgage Revenue Bonds for the Union Portfolio Project, and the adoption of the 2021 Consolidated Operating and Capital Project Budgets. Additionally, the Board approved amendments to legal services contracts, a new software licensing contract with Yardi, Inc., and the submission of property disposition applications to HUD. The Board also reviewed the 2021 Agency Plan and associated policy revisions, as well as a data visualization update for the Build HOPE initiative.
