Woodridge Park District Regular Board Meeting Minutes
The Board accepted the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the 2025 fiscal year. Several contracts and change orders were approved or ratified regarding the Jubilee Point Park Challenge Course Development Project, including work by Hacienda Landscaping, Kompan, and Play Illinois. The Board also ratified change orders for tree removal services and roofing replacement work. Additionally, the Board passed an ordinance regarding the disposal of personal property, as well as resolutions concerning the destruction of closed meeting verbatim records and the public release of closed session minutes. The Board also reviewed SEASPAR statistics and participated in a strategic masterplan exercise.
