Financial matters included the approval of the April 2025 Treasurer's Report, authorization for various payments from different funds, and the release of funds held in fire escrow. Additionally, a landscaping bid was awarded, and authorization was given to submit grants for a proposed dog park and pickleball court, as well as stormwater improvements on Mountainview Drive.

The meeting included reports from the Library, Solicitor, Manager, Road Foreman, and Code Enforcement. The Air Quality Ordinance was tabled for further review. Setback exception requests were approved for properties on E. 5th Street and Tipton Road. Approval was given to the PA Humane Society's sidewalk waiver request. Stormwater Maintenance Agreements were approved for DelGrosso Foods Inc. and George & Katie Moyer II. Concerns were raised regarding stormwater issues at Parkview Estates, and the Township's position on Campbell Road ownership was discussed.

The meeting addressed concerns about the Air Quality ordinance, particularly its relation to burning regulations. A recommendation was made for a signal light installation on Stadium Drive following a completed study. A setback exception request was approved for a property on N 16th Street, contingent upon a survey. The cost to bring Campbell Lane up to specifications was discussed, and a letter is to be sent outlining the findings. The board authorized payment for a JB backhoe and approved an agreement with PA Municipal Code Alliance as a secondary building code inspection agency. Resolution #5-2025 to certify Discover Blair County was adopted. Discussions also covered public sewer service and the Pinecroft Fire Company's recent truck purchase and financial audit requirements.

The board discussed the paving on the trail, a new library door and computer donations, and a DCED fire study recommending a merger of fire companies. They confirmed the township's inability to maintain a portion of Campbell Road and agreed to visit the site. A setback exception request was approved contingent upon a survey. The board approved an indefinite review period for the Central PA Humane Society Land Development application. They also approved the Treasurers Report and bills, renewed insurance policies, junkyard/salvage yard permits, and awarded a paving program bid. Authorization was given to accept a proposal for constructing a recycling shed, purchase a hydraulic thumb and lights for the Road Foreman truck, and place a vehicle on Municibid. The board authorized accepting an engineering proposal to develop a comprehensive plan contingent upon finalizing the contract and pending Bellwood Borough approval. The board went into Executive Session to discuss a litigation matter.

Antis Township and Bellwood Borough are collaborating on a 10-year Joint Comprehensive Plan to address community needs and opportunities. The plan, driven by residents, aims to identify problems, formulate recommendations, and develop strategies for improvements. It will focus on issues such as expanding utilities, addressing storm-water management, and enhancing park and recreation offerings, while also helping to secure funding opportunities for these projects.
