Discussions included the upcoming CRPS Hiring Fair designed to connect high school students with over 50 local employers for career learning opportunities and summer employment. Approval in principle was granted for CCHS students to attend the International High School Students' Photo Festival Exchange in Higashikawa, Japan, with all associated costs covered by the host town. Additionally, consultation has commenced on options for the 2027/2028 Learning Calendar, gathering input from School Council chairs and staff via a Google form, with final consideration scheduled for the April Public School Board Meeting.

The meeting commenced with a Land Acknowledgement, followed by the approval of the agenda.
