The strategic plan of Ensign College focuses on developing trusted and capable disciples of Jesus Christ. It aims to expand its reach by serving more students worldwide through its partnership with BYU-Pathway Worldwide. The plan also emphasizes enhancing the impact of the Learning Signature through the delivery of an applied curriculum, integrating spiritual principles across all programs, and incorporating career preparation and market skills into its programs. The college also seeks to innovate new models in skills-based education to better meet the needs of adult learners.
