The plan prioritizes activities across four key areas: Design Goals, Promotion and Marketing, Organization, and Economic Restructuring and Business Assistance. The overarching vision is to achieve long-term economic stability for downtown businesses, creating an attractive environment for shopping, living, and working, while enhancing the arts and historic identity of Roseville.
