The meeting included discussions and actions related to special education matters, legal matters, marketing updates, personnel matters, and property. The board approved settling reconciliation matters and honored former Board Chairman Ralph Dyer. A special reorganization meeting was held to appoint a new Board Chairman and Vice Chairman.
