The Senate approved numerous academic changes, including revisions to course titles and descriptions in Biology and Education, the ratification of an agreement between Shad Canada and UNBC, the creation of a new course in Business, and modifications to various program requirements. Additionally, the Senate discussed the appointment and election of student and faculty senators.

The Board of Governors discussed several key items, including a feasibility study for the UNBC campaign and a report from the Chief Information Security & Privacy Officer. The board reviewed and approved the university's consolidated financial statements and considered scholarship, bursary, and award recommendations. Several partnership and exchange agreements with institutions such as Shad Canada, Gakushuin University, and Let's Talk Science were proposed for ratification, and the annual schedule of board meetings was reviewed.
