The board approved the Series 2019 Bond Resolution to authorize the issuance of Refunding Revenue Bonds for University System of Georgia Real Estate Foundation II, LLC projects, aimed at refunding portions of the Series 2009A bonds and achieving cash flow savings. Additionally, the board reviewed the FY 2018 Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's Report, and received an update on the results of GHEFA projects for FY 2018, which included performance reviews of various student centers and housing facilities.
