This document presents the Milbank Master Trail Plan, detailing existing conditions and proposing improvements for the city's trail network. Other actions included approving claims, the treasurer's report, personnel changes (approving new hires and transfers), approving Amendment #1 for the 7th Ave Reconstruction Project, approving a transfer of Housing Opportunity Fund balance to GCDC, approving Resolution 12-8-25 for contingency fund transfers, approving first reading of a Supplemental Budget Ordinance, and approving the Airport Layout Plan, master plan, and grant preapplication. The meeting concluded with an executive session.
