The board discussed the proposed reorganization of the town hall, focusing on office layouts and the arrangement of workspace for various departments across two floors. A primary focus was identifying the need for private, enclosed meeting spaces suitable for executive sessions, as well as establishing sufficient capacity for community meetings with a target audience of 20 people. The board evaluated design concepts, the use of partitions, and the necessity of engaging a vendor to provide expert input and concrete proposals for the space, including potential configurations for shared areas like mail and copy centers.
