The Board of Supervisors meeting addressed several infrastructure and regulatory items. The agenda included a public hearing regarding the business process reengineering final report for discretionary land use permits and county CEQA guidelines. The Board also moved to advertise and award a construction contract for road improvements on Osborne Street in Bonsall, and approved the acquisition of right-of-way parcels for the South Santa Fe Avenue North reconstruction project. Finally, the Board approved a second amendment to an engineering services agreement with David Evans & Associates for the design of three roundabouts in Rancho Santa Fe, including necessary budget appropriations.
