The strategic plan, titled "Every Oiler, Every Step of the Way," focuses on three main goals: creating a welcoming campus environment where students find their place and calling (UF Goal 1); engaging students in discovering and preparing to fulfill their callings alongside others with diverse perspectives (UF Goal 2); and inspiring students to reach their full potential in serving and leading others (UF Goal 3). The plan aims to foster a sense of belonging, support students' individual growth and development, and encourage their contributions to the wider community.
