The committee will conduct a review and consideration of several psychology applications, specifically focusing on requests for licensure by waiver, requests for approval of supervised experience for licensure, and requests for licensure by universal recognition.

The Committee on Behavior Analysts, a subcommittee of the Arizona State Board of Psychologist Examiners, has scheduled an online/telephonic meeting. The session is designated to include an executive session, which may be held intermittently to address personnel matters, confidential material, and legal advice.

The board meeting focuses on the consideration and possible action regarding various psychologist and behavior analyst applications, including initial licensure, reapplication, and supervised experience approvals. Other key agenda items include the executive director's report, discussions on telehealth registry applications and annual reports, and license reactivation or reinstatement requests. The board will also review several complaints, potential consent agreements, and disciplinary matters. Additionally, the agenda covers administrative research on universal recognition residency timeframes, proposed legislation, and an oral report from the ASPPB 2026 midyear meeting.

The board meeting will address various items including personnel matters, confidential material, and legal advice. The committee reserves the right to hold executive sessions during the meeting as authorized by state statutes.

The Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners considered the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommended decision of the Administrative Law Judge regarding the case of Lori Lichte-Brill. The Board voted to adopt the Administrative Law Judge's Findings of Fact with modifications, striking and replacing language as requested by the State in its Motion, and strike Findings of Fact to eliminate references to Protected Health Information of the Respondent and to a settlement offer. The Board voted to adopt Conclusions of Law and the Recommended Order. The July 11, 2025 Order for Summary Suspension of License was upheld and License No. PSY-004484 for the Practice of Psychology in the State of Arizona issued to Respondent Lori Lichte-Brill was REVOKED.
