The meeting included discussions on payment reform, including a stipend variance process for Share Living Providers (SLP) to maintain current stipend levels and avoid service disruptions. The committee reviewed the Management of HCBS funding, changes related to Payment Reform, and the Division's role in managing funds. Updates were provided on the waiting list management, timeline for feedback, and partner updates from DD Council, VFN, and GMSA. The committee discussed the Exceptions Process letter, the cessation of the Equity Committee, and the establishment of an Exceptions committee composed of DAIL staff.
