The agenda included discussions about the upcoming Board Retreat and its location. The Board approved the Resolution to establish the total Montezuma Cortez School District RE-1 mill levy for property tax year 2025, to be collected in 2026. The board authorized President Shumway to obtain necessary information from 3 legal counsel offices to bring back to the board for consideration regarding the review of contracts related to the Superintendents' transition.
