The committee reviewed and approved May 2026 invoices totaling $6,729,502.93 from LeftField, Flansburgh, and Fontaine. The committee approved Fontaine's Change Order #01 and Contract Amendment #13 regarding the Turf Field and Terrazzo flooring, as well as Flansburgh's Contract Amendment #9 for turf field and landscaping design fees. Additionally, the committee received a construction update detailing the progress of the Community Wing.

The board conducted a public hearing regarding a zoning amendment to increase the allowed fence height to 8 feet, ultimately voting to send a positive recommendation to the City Council with the Building Inspector's suggested modifications. Additionally, the board approved a site plan for a towing business on Garden Street, subject to specific conditions regarding storage and access. The board also acted on a request for a bond release for the Nicole Terrace Subdivision.

The meeting also included discussions on an enforcement order regarding property at 35 Winthrop Avenue, an emergency order for tree removal at 31 Gunn Geary Lane, and updates on correspondence regarding property compliance and environmental initiatives including trail planning and drainage ditch erosion.
