The Planning Office found the proposal generally consistent with town regulations and the Comprehensive Community Plan, recommending Master Plan approval with stipulations regarding operation, maintenance, emergency response, insurance, storm-water management, grid approval, soil and sediment control, construction impact mitigation, lighting, landscaping, and financial surety for removal. An administrative subdivision/approval for ABAA Investments LLC on Cowesett Avenue was also discussed for informational purposes.
