Moorestown Township Public Schools Board of Education Regular Board Meeting
The meeting included reports from student board representatives, updates from the Superintendent, and reports from various board committees including Communications, Curriculum, Finance and Operations, and Policy. The board discussed and approved financial reports, budget transfers, and bills. They also discussed and approved policies and procedures, educational programs including special education placements, and the remote learning plan. Additionally, the board addressed finance and business matters such as travel expenditures, sale of surplus property, approval of state contract and consortium vendor purchases, student field trips, transportation agreements, non-resident tuition students, bus emergency evacuation drills, athletic organization membership, the Comprehensive Equity Plan, school lunch prices, and banking services. Employee relations were also discussed, including abolishment and creation of positions, appointments, retirements, resignations, and leaves of absence. The meeting also included a discussion of suspensions and the Superintendent's HIB report.
