Due to Mr. Eslick's admission of misconduct in a police report, the board considered issuing a settlement agreement citing violation of NDCC 15.1-13-25(1)(b, c, or j), ultimately deciding on 1(b). The board voted to issue a settlement agreement to revoke Mr. Eslick's license, emphasizing his right to respond but expressing concern about him being in a classroom setting.
