The primary purpose of this Special Meeting was to conduct a Level III Grievance Appeal Hearing, pursuant to Board Policy DGBA and relevant Texas Government Codes concerning personnel matters and consultation with legal counsel. The motion passed by a vote of 3 to 2 to grant the remedy requested by the grievant, contingent upon the administration's weekly determination that the buses in question continue not to be fully used at capacity.
