This document presents the findings and recommendations from an Equity Audit conducted for Mansfield Public Schools. The audit's purpose was to identify barriers and existing equitable practices related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the district, and to inform the development of a strategic plan for incorporating equitable practices.
