The Board Meeting Time for the April 24th Board Meeting was moved from 8:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

The Board also discussed community grant information, gas tax refunds, FEMA HMGP Grant applications, NTCA Prefunding Account Performance, and a large water user request. They approved the water service application for a hog finishing facility and declared miscellaneous items as surplus for public auction. Updates were given on the State Water Plan Project and the ARPA Grant Agreement, including the appointment of a designated signer and approval of the retention of Banner Associates for the project, pending legal review.
The meeting addressed the increase to both minimums and water rates, and discussed a recent water inquiry with Engineering Firm DGR. The Purchased Water Reserve was increased due to water rate increases from the City of Parker and BY Water User District. The Air Quality Permit for the WTP Diesel Generator was renewed. Cropland Reimbursement Agreements were approved. A proposal from Groeneweg Construction to construct an equipment/material shed was approved contingent upon verification of timeframe of completion. The board reviewed water sales in 2022 and year end review of the District's Financials. The SDARWS Annual Technical Conference was reported on.
