Town of Waterboro Planning Board Planning Board Meeting
The meeting centered on a public hearing for a one-lot subdivision on Hill Road. Key discussions involved the review of several requested waivers, including those for a drainage plan, soil erosion and sediment control, a hydrogeological analysis, fire sprinkler requirements, and a second septic test pit location. The board deliberated on the necessity of these standards versus granting waivers, ultimately considering conditions such as a 25% lot coverage limitation on the undeveloped lot.
