Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District Meeting Minutes
The Board of Directors held a regular session, including a closed session to discuss labor negotiations, existing litigation, real property negotiations, and anticipated litigation. The Board adopted a consent calendar covering items such as board compensation, conference attendance approvals, authorization of project change orders, the award of an on-call construction contract and a labor compliance contract, and the confirmation of sewer service charges and conflict of interest code updates. Staff provided reports on the collection system, financial summaries, and a proposed amendment to Board policy regarding contract amendments and change orders. Additionally, the Board reviewed and provided feedback on the District's draft response to the Marin County Civil Grand Jury Report.
