The commission discussed proposed 2026 zoning bylaws, including shed placement, special permit criteria, and the establishment of the Highland Road overlay district. Approvals were granted for a field change at 4 Pond Road and amended orders of conditions for projects at 16 Great Pond Road and 4 Ryder Beach Way. The commission also approved a Notice of Intent for a shed, fence, and landscaping at 494 Shore Road, and a Request for Determination of Applicability for a septic system upgrade at 67 North Pamet Road. Additionally, the Conservation Agent provided an update on nesting plovers and site visits.
