The Strategic Learning Plan 3.0 for Breard County Schools was developed through an extensive stakeholder engagement process, including students, staff, families, and community members, during the fall of 2025 and finalized in early 2026. Key focus areas include student well-being, mental health support, academic excellence, communication, workforce readiness, and preparing students to thrive in a complex world. The plan also incorporates raising expectations for academic achievement and behavior, and identifies characteristics for graduates such as resiliency, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and initiative, with the overall vision of building a stronger future for every student.
