The strategic plan for UNM-Los Alamos aims to provide excellent higher education and workforce training, foster a vibrant campus culture, and contribute to community and economic development in northern New Mexico. The vision is to be a beacon for education, culture, collaboration, and community. The plan focuses on three core goals: achieving student excellence, achieving community excellence, and achieving institutional excellence, encompassing quality service, workforce development, lifelong learning, and internal operational excellence.
