City Council of the City of Needles Meeting Minutes

The council discussed compensation adjustments, which failed by a roll call vote. Reports were provided by the City Attorney, City Clerk, and City Manager. Council members and the Mayor discussed various topics, including the planning for the 100th anniversary of Route 66, speed limit signage, maintenance of beach facilities, parking lot regulations at Jack Smith Park, and recent tourism initiatives. Additionally, updates were provided on infrastructure improvements, such as streetlights and the installation of a drive-thru shield, as well as the success of the Operation Drywater event.
