The Malvern School District presented their Six Year Facility Master Plan for public viewing. This plan will be submitted to the Division of the Public School Academic Facilities and Transportation for approval. All comments will be presented to the board for consideration.

The Malvern School District's vision and key practices, revised in 2025, focus on fostering a continuous culture of learning through passion, pride, and excellence for all students and staff. Key areas include ensuring curricular decisions are data-driven, emphasizing the Science of Reading, and optimizing learning through various programs and personnel. The plan also highlights leadership's commitment to continuous improvement, maintaining financial integrity, enhancing technology, and providing outstanding extra-curricular opportunities. Community and parent engagement are emphasized, along with high standards, assessments, and accountability to ensure students are prepared for college or a career.

The meeting included the reorganization of the school board, approval of the financial report, and ASBA policy updates. The board approved the Community Eligibility Provision, updated ASBA policy 4.51 to comply with CEP, and approved bids for paper, waste removal service, and WIS floor. They also approved inventory removal and adopted the 2025/2026 School Choice Capacity Resolution and a resolution electing a disbursing officer and an Education Service Cooperative representative. The summer feeding program was presented, and board to board student transfers were discussed. Administrative reports were given on telephone services, the AT&T contract, cybersecurity implementation, public comment procedures, and state merit pay. Personnel matters included rescissions, retirements, transfers, and new hires. The board discussed the summer STEM programs, cancelled a special board meeting, and discussed upcoming conferences.

The Malvern School District Board of Education convened for a regular session, addressing several key areas. The board approved the financial report and updated ASBA policies for certified and classified personnel, including revisions to the length of terms for service policy. Updates to the Leopard Way Program were approved to facilitate a path for students to obtain a GED. A presentation was given on the nursing department of the Malvern School District. The board also considered and approved a petition for the transfer of a student out of the district. The board discussed waste removal services and recognized the Malvern School District as a National Beta District of Distinction for the 3rd year. Personnel matters were addressed, including rescissions, retirements, resignations, new hires, and transfers.

The Malvern School District Board of Education convened to discuss and act on several key items. The board approved the financial report and the 2023/2024 annual audit report from Cobb and Suskie, LTD. They also approved the 2025/2026 ADE Statement of Assurances and the intent to renew the contract with Chartwells for food service management. The board then moved to personnel matters, including classified contract renewals for 2025/2026, retirements, resignations, new hires, and transfers. Finally, the board discussed new business, including comments on the NSBA Conference and scheduled senior activities, and approved increasing the Superintendent's salary.
