Workforce Solutions Borderplex, Inc. General Board Meeting Minutes
The board meeting included the introduction of new members and the review of the financial report for the period ending August 2025. The board approved several contract renewals effective October 1, 2025, for various services, including Workforce Services Prime Contractor, CCS Payment Management, CCS Parent Eligibility, and Out of School Youth Case Management. A Nominating Committee was appointed to select the slate of nominees for 2026 and 2027 officers. Additionally, the board reviewed monitoring activities for programs such as RESEA, WIOA Adult, WIOA Dislocated Worker, and WIOA Youth, addressing deficiencies identified in these programs. The CEO provided updates on federal legislative activity, strategic planning, and recognized departing board members.
