Borough Council Council Meeting
The Council meeting included recognitions and presentations for a concert series platinum sponsor and the 2026 Spring National Metro champion, the Rosland Jackals. The Council also formally recognized September 2026 as Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, with discussions on the use of aqua ribbons to raise awareness. A significant portion of the public comment session focused on a long-standing proposal for the borough to sell portions of borough-owned land to adjacent homeowners on Davenport Avenue. Concerns were raised regarding the consistency of communication, the significant increases in purchase price estimates over the years, and the lack of a clear, final resolution to the land sale process.
