The annual meeting included a presentation on the BOCES tentative budget for 2018-19, covering the administrative budget and other post-employment benefits. The administrative budget has two components: general operations, increasing by 2.72 percent, and retiree health insurance, increasing by approximately 5.16 percent. The twenty two component districts will vote on the proposed administrative budget. The G Lucius carry annual service leadership award was presented in recognition of Bob's four decades of volunteer service. Chairs of quests are threes for superintendent subcommittees provided updates on special education, Career and Technical Education, school improvement and district services. Culinary arts students prepared and served a variety of hors d'oeuvres and desserts as part of their CTE program.

The meeting included discussions about water sanitation and the availability of materials for a project. There were concerns raised by contractors regarding material availability. The discussion touched on whether building material pricing is expected to increase. The meeting concluded with a vote.
