The committee reviewed and recommended for approval several property tax incentive requests. Specifically, Class 8 property tax incentive requests were validated for H3 Holdings in the Village of Lansing and 5210 Hotels, LLC in the Village of Matteson. Additionally, a 6B property tax incentive request was validated for Chicago Specialty Bakers, Inc. in the Village of Forest Park. Each resolution involved determining that the respective properties were abandoned under special circumstances to justify the incentive eligibility for redevelopment purposes.
