The board reviewed and approved a change of use application for a trading card shop at 301 Ontario Street, while choosing to table an application for 88 Remsen Street. Site plan approval was granted for the historic renovation of 115 Mohawk Street to include residential units and a coffee shop. Furthermore, the board authorized the sub-division of vacant land on Rensselaer Avenue and approved two Special Use Permits for the construction of two-family dwellings at that location. Finally, a request to extend operating hours for the restaurant Flavorful Vibz at 25 White Street was approved.
