They also addressed the rezoning of properties, amendments to the City of St. Cloud, VA Hospital, ISD742, MNDOT Planned Unit Development (PUD) General Development Plan, and the Plaza 15 Planned Unit Development (PUD) to allow the sale of recreational cannabis. Additionally, the council reviewed the final plat and subdivision agreement for Southern Ridge Plat 3, and discussed the Heat's On program.

Additionally, the Mayor and City Clerk were authorized to execute documents for the purchase of property. The council discussed amending the Plaza 15 Planned Unit Development to allow the sale of recreational cannabis. The council also supported applications for state bonding dollars for the 5th Avenue - Campus Downtown Connection and the St. Cloud Mississippi Riverwalk Connection.
